Title: New progresses in the open heavy flavor physics in ultra-relativistic heavy ion collisions

摘要:重夸克与QGP的耦合是高温QCD相互作用研究的热点之一。当人们对重夸克的输运性质了解到一定程度时,一些新的物理也随之产生。例如重离子碰撞中产生的粲夸克重子与粲夸克介子比例超出预期,QGP中的电磁场、涡流和色电磁场的出现等,这些新物理现象的发现既促进人们对于输运性质的深入研究,也引出一些新的研究方向。

Abstract:The study of the QCD interaction at high temperature in the heavy quark (HQ) sector has attracted a wide interest in the last decade. This has been a successful program that has allowed to have a general consensus that the charm quark interaction is non-perturbative, the estimated Ds is in agreement with current lattice QCD calculations and its thermalization time is of the order of QGP lifetime.
 Given the success of this first stage of the study, very recently new important perspectives are emerging. These can lead from one hand to improve the determination of transport coefficient and on the other hand open the way for employing HQ as a novel probe of the initial stage of the ultra-relativistic collisions.

报告人简介:孙艺锋,男,博士,意大利南方国家实验室(INFN Laboratori Nazionali del Sud)博士后,主要从事无质量粒子手征效应和重夸克物理的研究。2012年在华中科技大学物理系获应用物理学士学位,2017年在美国德州农工大学获物理学博士学位,20181月至20188月在德州农工大学从事博士后研究工作,20189月至今在意大利南方国家实验室继续从事博士后研究。

  

Resume:Yifeng Sun, male, PhD, working at National Laboratory of the South (LNS)-INFN as a postdoc researcher in studying the chiral effects of massless fermions and heavy quark physics. I graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a bachelor degree in Applied Physics in 2012, and then went to Texas A&M University. After obtaining the PhD degree in Physics in 2017, I continued my study at Texas A&M University as a postdoc until August 2018. I moved to INFN-LNS as a postdoc researcher supported by INFN fellowship since then.
